DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday). Orders made between midday on a Friday and Midday on a Monday we aim to despatch on Monday Afternon. (with the exception of Bank Holidays obviously. Occasionally, items may be out of stock, then dispatch may be slightly delayed, but we shall let you know if this is the case, and you may have to allow up to 28 days for delivery. For Christmas orders we suggest you order as soon as possible to help ease the Christmas rush!

Delivery within the UK: There is a standard charge of £4.99 per order no matter how many items we send you. You may well have to pay this much in petrol and car parking charges to go to your nearest wooden toyshop anyway.

Orders for the rest of the world on Name trains and Mobiles are £9.99

Orders for all other items to anywhere else in the world, can you email us first so we can weigh the goods and obtain an accurate postage price to ship the goods ralph@woodentotsmk.co.uk

We currently send all our products via the good ol' system that is 'The Royal Mail'. They have prooved the most reliable though larger items that get sent by Parcel Post tend to take a little longer (2-3 days) than their standard 1st class service

RETURNS POLICY & GUARANTEE

We try at all times to please our customers. We inspect all items prior to despatch but ask you to please inspect all items immediately upon arrival (some couriers can be a touch heavy handed!). For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs. Please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery note. We also suggest you use registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, you can return all unused items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). Returned items must be in their original packing. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

Please note, that should your goods be returned to us, due to you entering an incorrect delivery address, or for parcels that needed to be collected from the your local Post office or parcel line depot within 7 days, we are not liable for postage costs to re-send them and you will need to contact us to rearrange delivery.
