We regret to inform you that we have just lost our 100% possitive feedback. After more than 5 years trading we finally have a customer who was not happy with our service. Apologies to this customer. I had seen the name train in a shop and thought it looked like a brilliant present but they did not have all the letters I needed, so I searched the web and found nametrains.co.uk. I placed the order on New Years Eve and was delighted that it arrived so quickly on the 3rd January. It is a superb gift, I cannot wait to see the recipients response to it and I am now thinking who else I can order one for.
